How to Register Vote ID in A 5 simple steps :
A - Enter your Name and Email address in the form on the right.
B - Click on submit. In the new window that opens
Use the search box on the map interface to search your place or famous landmark eg. Dadar, Kannur, Faridabad etc.
C - Zoom in using the zoom button (on the top left of the map) to locate your house.
D - Once you find your house and click on it once, this will place the marker on your house.
E - This marker enables our system to pin point the exact constituency that you are located in.

What is Forms of 6, 8, 8A, 7, 001A?
Form 6 :
You want to vote but don't know how? No issues read below.
Any eligible person can file claim in Form 6 for inclusion of his name in the electoral list/roll.
If you don't have an Electors' Photo Identity Card (EPIC), or simply a Voter ID, you can still vote..
Form 001A :
You can submit form 001A to get a Voter photo identity card.
Form 001A can be downloaded here.
Form 8 :
Modify Name/Address in the electoral list
If any particulars in the electoral roll such as Name, House Number, Middle Name, Last Name, Age, Sex, Epic Number etc. are to be modified, a claim in Form 8 can be filed.
Form 8A :
House from the polling area of one booth to other booth in the same Assembly Constituency , he can file an application in Form 8A for change/transposition from one electoral part to the other.
Form 7 :
If you have an objection or seeking deletion of name in electoral roll.
You may download Form 7 and submit it to the ERO(Electoral Registration Officer) of your constituency.
