Qualification Of Eligibility: Applying candidates 10+2(Intermediate)
Standard or 12th Class pass with at least 60 % marks and above from any

Form 2 : Dully filled application form along with Copies of
relevant certificates and original receipt of ACG-67/UCR issued by the
identified Post Office and the candidates please make a copy of Xerox receipt.
